Bruce M. Cook – Emeritus Shareholder

As one of the original founders Bruce helped develop a culture of personalized service with the quality and technical expertise only found in larger firms. Bruce is a perfectionist. He demanded quality in each engagement he supervised, whether it was a simple tax return or a complex audit. Bruce is very proud to be a father of seven children and grandfather of 20 grandchildren. Just as he has enjoyed watching his family grow, so it is with the firm. When he started the firm in 1977 it was just himself and an assistant and now 33 years later the firm has grown to over 40 employees with 5 different office locations from Logan to Provo.

Bruce has enjoyed many years of client relationships. He consulted with clients in the fields of agriculture, medicine, construction, retail, and manufacturing just to name of few. Bruce is now serving as a mission president in the San Diego area for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
