Bruce M. Cook – Shareholder

Bruce is the father of the firm. As one of the original founders Bruce has developed a culture of personalized service with the quality and technical expertise only found in larger firms. Bruce is a perfectionist. He demands that quality comes first in each engagement the firm performs, whether it be a simple tax return or a complex audit. Bruce is very proud to be a father of seven children and grandfather of 20 grandchildren. Just as he has enjoyed watching his family grow, so it is with the firm. When he started the firm in 1977 it was just himself and an assistant and now 33 years later the firm has grown to over 40 employees with 5 different office locations from Logan to Provo.

Bruce has enjoyed many years of client relationships. He consults with clients in the fields of agriculture, medicine, construction, retail, and manufacturing just to name of few. When asked if he’s contemplating retirement he simply replies he cannot give up the client relationships his clients means too much to him. Bruce is the father of the firm and to him that is the greatest complement that can be given.
